QUERY SYSADMIN Command    Authorization: SYSADMIN

Syntax | Example
Displays a list of VM userids that have SYSADMIN authorization. Userids with SYSADMIN authorization:
  • Can use the configuration forms
  • Can use commands that require SYSADMIN, SYSOPER, or no authorization
  • Receive system administrator messages

You can use the CONFIG SYSADMIN command to add or delete SYSADMIN authorization for a userid.

Example

To display a list of userids that have SYSADMIN authorization, enter this command from your VM userid:

vmwebsrv query sysadmin

VM:Webgateway responds: 

 Userid    Authorization

 DAVIS     SYSADMIN

 MEL       SYSADMIN
