InnoMedia MTA6328-2Re

The InnoMedia MTA6328-2Re is a in-line two port FXS SIP ATA that supports dial pulse. This unit is normally sold as a re-branded product and may be locked by the provider (i.e. now defunct SunRocket). Some of these units are apparently quite easy to unlock; YMMV. Note some have broadband router functionality which is going to effect how you get it's IP address. If it's a router model, you should be able plug a PC running DHCP into the LAN port and it will appear as the Default Gateway in your TCP/IP config as seen in the following Windows XP example:
C:\>ipconfig

Windows IP Configuration

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:

        Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
        IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.3
        Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
        Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.254
The Default Gateway will either be the IP address of the InnoMedia (if a router model), or (if not a router model) the IP address of the actual router. If this is the case, and you have access to the router, you may be to login to the router and see the IP addresses of all devices that have DHCP leases, including computers and the Innomedia. Once you have obtained the IP address of the Innomedia, enter that IP address into your Internet browser as follows. I'd be interesting in hearing your experiences if you have tried this or have any additions, corrections or suggestions. Call the C*NET operator at +1 955-0000 and ask for the switchman on duty.
