• Numbers refer to the ratecenters or localities in Maine where the provider offers numbers for telephone service.
• Ownership refers to who owns the device(s), if any, and how get it.
  • 'Borrow' means you don't actually own the unit and will return it upon request.
  • 'Buy' means that you purchase the adapter up front as part of the transaction whether online or through a retailer (i.e. Staples or Circuit City).
  • 'B.Y.O.(D.)' means Bring Your Own (Device); you obtain a device from a thrid party.
  • 'Provided with service' means either that the adapter is included in the transaction (see 'Buy'), or that you don't actually own the unit (see 'Borrow').
  • 'Rent' means, well just what is says, sucker!
• Locked refers to whether equipment configurations are locked (password protected) by the provider.
