Your safety

Every year we respond to many false alarms, discharged fire extinguishers, and damaged fire protection equipment, all of which is preventable. We ask that you help us reduce the number of calls that we respond to of this nature so that we may handle actual fire calls without being tied up on false calls. You can help by remembering that hall sports may trigger fire alarms, sprinklers, and smoke detectors, all of which send everybody outside for another false alarm. Discharging fire extinguishers may sound fun but, it may activate the fire alarm system as well as put the fire extinguisher out of service. Remember the fire extinguisher is there for your protection.

We would like your help in preventing false calls, please report anyone that is tampering with life safety equipment, after all it is illegal and it is your life!
